My name is Duncan Haynes. I am currently undertaking research for my Masters of Music thesis at NZSM, Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University. 

I am a composer and jazz musician interested especially in what happens in the space between performers and listeners, and how listeners' perceptions and emotional engagement influence musical responses and outcomes – and I would like hear your thoughts. 

An interview will last about 30 minutes at a mutually convenient time and place.
